Hi all, sorry for the length of this post but need to get the information out! Sport Aerobatics has shown a listing in its Calendar of Events for a contest at Dunnellon, Florida for 3,4 and 5 December 1998. Because of insurance liability problems a contest is NOT now possible, instead the International Center for Aerobatic Training will be holding a free Open Training weekend. Dunnellon airport has, without doubt, the best training box and facilities in the SE of the USA, with a permanently marked box and waivered airspace. This will be a unique opportunity to start working on the 1999 Sequences, and to get critical feedback from some of the world's most experienced trainers. On Thursday, all flights will receive ground based radio training and post-flight debrief from one of our trainers. On Friday, you will be able to concentrate on the 1999 Knowns and Q Programmes, with each flight being assessed by a panel of trainers in accordance with normal judging criteria. On Saturday, you will have the opportunity to practice your Free Sequence and Unknown figures, again with a training panel assessment. The training panel will include Unlimited pilots from the USA, Great Britain and Russia. There will be a full social program, and a barbecue by the river on Saturday evening. In fact all the good things you expect at a regular contest but without the high competitive stress. And all in the beautiful Florida river country. Check out more details on the Dream Aviation website at www.worldaerobatics.com/Dream, where you will find an Email form for registration and booking accommodation. Don't miss this fantastic opportunity, check it out today! Sue Kaster International Center for Aerobatic Training
