Message:

   I was told that about $50.00 of this was to cover liability insurance
 to insure the ACE.  If they say you are OK to fly low level acro,
 and then something happens, someone could come back and sue the ACE.

 It sounded like some were proposing an IAC ACE program.
 I think IAC would have the same liability issue and would have to
 charge a similar fee.
