Welcome to the club. I lost one last year. Total damage 12k. Aviat 
manufactures twice as many canopies as airplanes. Could this mean it is 
a design flaw, or that we pilots are stupid ? Does anyone has to get 
killed before a fix will be mandated with an AD by the FAA ?
