Does anyone know where I can look at the 2004 Advanced and Unlimited Proposed Q's online?  I've checked the IAC and CIVA websites and can't seem to find them.

You can see the proposals under consideration by CIVA at <http://www.fai.org/aerobatics/documents/proposals/>. The Q Programmes are included within the proposed rule changes so you'll need to look at the following proposals, depending on which Q's you were interested in.

Unlimited proposals were made by the: British and French.

Advanced proposals were made by the: British, French, South Africans, and USA.

Unlimited glider by the French and Germans.
