  Princess,
As the official arbiter of The Ugly Shirt Contest Rules, I think I can be of help.
Rules:
1. Shirts must be ugly.
2. Female contestants must request entry in writing. This is    the corollary of NEVER assuming a woman is pregnant unless    you actually see the baby exiting the body.
3. Shirts must have a collar, even for female entrants    (Sorry Allyson).
4. Contestants will be required to parade in front of their    peers for judging and other forms of debasement.
5. Winners will be chosen by popular vote of the assembled    (probably drinking or drunk) multitudes.

Good Luck and may the best person win. Probably won't be me since the shirt I think is really ugly has been deemed "cool"
by others.
