The website may or may not be Tango Uniform, but the error I get is from
DNS (domain name service).  In other words the name-to-IP-address
translation is broken.  This happened once or twice before, probably the
fault of the web hosting service.  I sent email to the EAA webmaster
this morning, but it's still broken...
