According to e-mail I had from Annette Carson <carson at global.co.za> a
year ago, a revised edition FLIGHT UNLIMITED '95 is available by mail
order from her in South Africa.  She says it's also for sale in
bookstores if you give them the ISBN, which alas I don't have.
