Just a note to those who use the space above the Sourland Mountain (really just a small ridge) in central New Jersey for aerobatic practice. Due to noise complaints which developed into Congressional inquiries, the FAA although acknowledging that aerobatics are permitted in the area (it's not a box) have made it clear they will be watching and accepting complaints not for noise which they don't regulate but for aerobatics outside the permitted area. I've been told they violated someone last week (not confirmed yet). I would encourage all, as I have previously, to seriously consider joining the AOPA Legal Services Plan for the cost of about an hour's gas. It can save you thou$and$ and will permit you/us to fight for our right to fly. Watch your AGL.
