  Hello all,

Not sure if my previous attempt made it to the list, so this is a second
try.  I'm considering an article on experimental aircraft and
liability.  If any attorneys out there have any leads on research,
cites, NTSB, etc.  please forward them to me.  Blue book form not
necessary.
